I came across this "stuffing cage" thing. The idea here is that you can put the stuffing in the cage and shove it in the bird, then pull it out by the handle when done cooking. Instead of scooping it out of the bird, apparently that is a tedious task? I think this thing is illegal in a few states.
Is this a good idea, or a ridiculous idea? If I knew what I was doing, would I even ask?
